System
One integrated system. Full control.
SF360 connects critical trailer systems through one intelligent hardware and software architecture, creating a continuous connection between what is happening physically inside the trailer and what fleet teams can see and act on digitally.
Beyond Trailer Intelligence
From trailer data to actionable fleet intelligence
SF360 goes beyond conventional trailer tracking by connecting the physical systems inside the trailer with the digital fleet environment. Distributed hardware, local protection and connected sensors continuously monitor critical trailer functions, operating conditions and diagnostic events, creating reliable real-time trailer data.
Through the telematics module, relevant data flows from individual components into the SF360 fleet management environment, where it is transformed into clear, actionable operational intelligence. This gives fleet teams the insight they need to identify issues, understand trailer condition and performance, and make informed decisions.
One connected trailer ecosystem with predictive intelligence
By bringing hardware, telematics, software and fleet operations together in one connected trailer ecosystem, SF360 creates a continuous flow of information from trailer to driver, service team and fleet manager. Combining real-time data with historical information and analytics also provides the foundation for predictive intelligence — helping fleets detect developing issues earlier, improve maintenance planning, reduce unplanned downtime and continuously improve trailer performance.

Smart locally. Connected globally.
Designed for Continued Operation
SF360 hardware is designed for the demanding trailer environment. Its distributed architecture combines intelligence, local protection and fault isolation to create a resilient system. By containing problems where they occur, unaffected core functions can remain operational. Connectivity adds remote monitoring, diagnostics and fleet intelligence.
The modular hardware offers fast installation under an hour and easy serviceability.
Trailer Function → Local Intelligence & Protection → Telematics → SF360 Fleet Intelligence
-
Distributed Intelligence
No single point of control.
SF360 distributes intelligence across individual modules throughout the trailer, reducing dependency on a single central controller. Each module can perform its primary functions locally and independently, creating a more resilient architecture and reducing dependency on a single point of control.
-
Intelligent Fault Isolation
One fault. Not a full stop.
Abnormal conditions can be detected and contained locally, helping prevent an electrical or functional fault from affecting the entire trailer. Individual circuits and modules can apply electronic shutdown, current limitation and thermal protection where required, while unaffected functionality remains operational wherever possible.
-
Built-in Diagnostics
The trailer can tell you what is wrong.
Individual modules measure and monitor their own status. Diagnostic events and faults can be logged and communicated to the SF360 environment, giving service teams more precise information about what is happening inside the trailer and supporting faster, more targeted troubleshooting and service.
-
Modular & Future-Ready
Built to evolve.
The SF360 architecture can be configured for different trailer applications. Modules can be configured, tested, serviced and replaced separately and reused across applications. New functions and intelligence can be added over time, allowing the system to evolve without redesigning the complete architecture.

Predictive Intelligence
From Monitoring to Intelligence
Monitoring tells you what is happening. Intelligence helps you understand what it means — and what needs attention. More than tracking. More than telematics. Understand what is happening inside your trailer. SF360 combines, compares and analyses information from multiple sensors, systems and events do detect abnormal conditions, diagnostic events and developing patterns that individual measurements may not reveal.

From Detecting to Preventing
By combining operational and historical data with information on vibration, movement, electrical and hydraulic conditions, pressure, load and fault events, SF360 provides the foundation for advanced condition monitoring and increasingly predictive maintenance. Instead of only identifying that “something is wrong,” SF360 can detect when “something is changing and may become a fault.” Earlier detection of abnormal behaviour and developing wear enables fleets to move from fixed-interval maintenance toward condition-based and predictive maintenance. The objective is clear: identify developing problems earlier, target maintenance where it is actually needed and reduce unplanned downtime. SF360 creates one connected view of trailer condition and performance by bringing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, motion, position and diagnostic information from across the trailer. The result is not simply a connected trailer. It is a trailer that provides deeper insight into its own condition, operation and developing maintenance needs — turning connected-trailer data into actionable intelligence.
